Biography
Cian O’Clery - Director/Producer
Cian has been working in the film and television industry since 1998 in many different roles ranging from Cat Trainer on ‘Babe - Pig in the City’ to Cast Driver on ‘Star Wars - Revenge of the Sith’ to Set PA on ‘Syriana’.
He picked up a camera and started shooting ‘behind the scenes’ whilst working on ‘Australia’ with Baz Luhrmann and has since started working in TV as a Field Producer/Shooter, on shows such as ‘Dancing With The Stars’ and the SBS documentary series ‘The Nest’.
‘The Living Artist’ is his first personal project, which he filmed, produced and directed.
Cian sees ‘The Living Artist’ a fresh, fun and insightful look into an arts scene with it’s own particular personality.
He feels the characters and their motivations are pure and relatable to all, and hopes that the audience will feel connected to the story as a universal tale of hope and dreams.
